Active Ingredients
Contains benzyl alcohol as a preservative. Also contains cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol. Terbinafine Hydrochloride 10mg/g, sorbitan monostearate, cetyl palmitate, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, isopropyl myristate, sodium hydroxide, purified water, benzyl alcohol. Instructions & Dosage
-Apply Lamisil Cream once daily. You should apply Lamisil Cream only to the skin on the outside of the body. 1. Clean and dry the affected area. 2. Apply a thin layer of Lamisil Cream to the affected skin and surrounding area. 3. Rub in gently. 4. Wash your hands after touching the infected skin so that you do not spread the infection.

The gel is for people with mild to severe athlete’s foot (tinea pedis). The product is for people with mild to severe tinea cruris and other types of bacteria. The recommended treatment is to apply the gel twice daily, at approximately the same time of day, for 12-24 hours.
Dosage and preparation of the affected foot (tinea corporis) and surrounding areas are provided in the product information leaflet that is given with the product. For the treatment of tinea corporis, the recommended treatment is to apply the gel twice daily, at approximately the same time of day, for 12-24 hour periods. For the treatment of tinea cruris, the treatment is to apply the gel twice daily, at approximately the same time of day, for 8-10 hours. For the treatment of other types of bacteria (bacteriological studies) treatment for athlete’s foot should be started at the first sign of infection. Treatment should be continued for 5 days.
Tinea corporiscan be treated with a single daily dose of Lamisil 250mg (1g) gel.
For the treatment of athlete’s foot, the recommended treatment is to apply the gel twice daily, at approximately the same time of day, for 7 days. For tinea cruris, the treatment should be started at the first sign of infection. See package leaflet for further details. For the treatment of other types of bacterial infections (e.g. urinary tract infections, infections of the respiratory tract), treatment should be started at the first sign of infection (e.g. during the early stages of infection).
For the treatment of bacterial prostatitis (inflammation of prostates), treatment should be started at the first sign of infection. For the treatment of inflammatory prostatitis, treatment should be started with the first prescription (with the lowest dose of medicine necessary for the shortest period of time) and continued for 7 days. For the treatment of pyoderma, treatment should be started with the first prescription of the medicine (prescriptions will be given for the first three days after the first prescription of the medicine are over). Treatment should continue for 7 days.

Side Effects of Lamisil 250 mg TabletsThe following side effects have been reported with the use of the product:

The following symptoms have been reported with the use of the product: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach pain, diarrhoea, constipation, wind, ringing in the ears, diarrhoea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
Allergic reactions such as rash, itching or swelling, swelling of the hands and feet, and rashes have been reported in association with the use of the product. Stop use and ask a doctor immediately if these symptoms occur. If any of these effects occur, seek medical attention immediately.

Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat for short periods of time ( ≤ 1 hour).

Lamisil Cream, prescribed to treat fungal infections, decreases fungal cell multiplication and induces a general anti-fungal effect (if applicable). If any of the products are used for relieving fungal infections, do not use this product with it (or with) any other fungus. Prescription medicines are for long-lasting ingestion and hemostasis conditions (for example, liver, kidney or heart conditions) or inducing a drug-abuse-like reaction (for example, after alcohol abuse).
Lamisil Cream is a synthetic derivative of the type 1 fungal glycosaminoglycans found in cold sores. It has no effect on the glycosaminoglycose component of skin and, therefore, should not be used by athletes or women. Athletes or women using Lamisil Cream may develop a general anti-fungal reaction after using this product. The reaction may be mild or severe. If the effect is very severe do not use Lamisil Cream. In case of accidental skin irritation, contact your doctor. Athletes or women using Lamisil Cream should wash their hands and call their doctor immediately if their skin rash worsens. Before using this product, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to terbinafine, to any other drugs containing glycosaminoglycan or to any of its ingredients.
